Beginning at the Northwest comer of Lot 2, Block 1, UNITY HEIGHTS, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 8, Public Records of Lee County, Florida; thence South 89°4'40” East, along the North line of said Lot 2 for 146.74 feet: thence South 00°18'20' West for 166.16 feet; thence North 89°42'53” West for 146.66 feet to the East line of Broadway (Estero Avenue per said recorded Plat): thence North 00°17'07” East, along said East line for 166.21 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Bearings arc based on the West line of Broadwav (Estero Avenue as per said subdivision) as an assumed bearing of North 00°17'07'' East.
