Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 31 day of October, 2017, and entered in case No. 15-CC-004632 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE GULF PLACE II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF LEE COUNTY, INC., is the Plaintiff and CHRISTINA M. KUBECKA and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTINA M. KUBECKA N/K/A PAUL JOSEPH SPENCER are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of November, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 421, of the GULF PLACE II, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1850, Page 475, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida together with all appurtenance thereto, including an undivided interest in the common elements of said Condominium of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
