NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 2, 2016, entered in Case No. 15-CA-050017 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Pennymac Holdings, LLC is the Plaintiff and Kenneth G. Frantz; Unknown Spouse of Kenneth G. Frantz; Debra J. Stuer f/k/a Debra J. Frantz; The Sanctuary at Wulfert Point Community Association, Inc.; United States of America, Department of the Treasury-Internal Revenue Service are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the December 1, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
