COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 19; THENCE SOUTH 89°35'22” EAST, ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 19, A DISTANCE OF 1115.62 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00°44'26 WEST, A DISTANCE OF 25.00 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EXISTING SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF LINEBAUGH AVENUE PER DEED BOOK 1831, PAGE 388, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID POINT BEING THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE HEREIN DESCRIBED PARCEL; THENCE SOUTH 89°35'22” EAST, ALONG THE EXISTING SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF LINEBAUGH AVENUE, A DISTANCE OF 100.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00°44'26” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 82.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89°35'22” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 100.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00°44'26” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 82.00 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EXISTING SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF LINEBAUGH AVENUE, SAID POINT BEING THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
