Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 13, 2017 in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as follows:
LOT 12, HAMMOCK WOODS, UNIT II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
with a street address of 15912 Armistead Lane, Odessa, Florida 33556, including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on December 12, 2017 at 10:00 AM. Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
