NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on August 7, 2017, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on October 24, 2017, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell the property described as follows:
Apartment Unit No. 1805 of Building 24, CLEARBROOKE TOWNHOUSE CONDOMINIUM PHASE III, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4193, Page 217, and Condominium Plat Book 18, Page 113, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at public sale on the 30th day of November, 2017, beginning at 10:00 a.m., in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
