BOOK 3540, PAGE 677, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 71-051798, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM ADDING GROUP NO. 10 FILED NOVEMBER 21, 1978, IN O.R. BOOK 4778 , PAGE 1586 , AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 78186350 PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY: FLORIDA; AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

Box 800, Tampa, Florida 33601, (813) 229-0900, on or before 12/4/2017, (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
