NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 28, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-007856-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF10 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and Helen B. Simpson, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for M&I Bank FSB, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 28th day of November, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 5, HAVEN PARK ADDITION, AS PER MAP OR PLAT HERETO RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 16 PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
