NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 20th day of November, 2017, and entered in Case No : 2016-CA-001507-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST 2006-HE1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE1, is the Plaintiff and VLADINA JEAN; GOLD AND SILVER REALTY 1 LLC; SUNSET VIEW HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 11:00 AM on the 3rd day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
