NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 29, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-002970-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, As Trustee For Residential Accredit Loans, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-QO8, is the Plaintiff and Island Cove Villas at Meadow Woods Homeowners' Association, Inc., Nancy Carrasquillo Looper, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 5th day of December, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 104, ISLAND COVE VILLAS-PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 111-113, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
