NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Summary of Mortgage Foreclosure (CONSENT) dated October 26, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 2016CA004490AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF AND WITH RESPECT TO AJAX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2015-B, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2015-B, Plaintiff, and CHERYL BUCHANAN; FOXBROOK HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC; GAIL SUNRAY; DANIEL C. DENHAM D/B/A DENHAM LAWN SERVICES;, are Defendants.
ANGELINA COLONNESO, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 23rd day of February, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Summary of Mortgage Foreclosure (CONSENT), to wit:
LOT 215, FOXBROOK, PHASE IIIA, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE(S) 114 THROUGH 121, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
