NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 6, 2017 in the above action, the Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Manatee, Florida, on December 6, 2017, at 11:00 AM, at WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM for the following described property:
UNIT 51, GARDEN LAKES VILLAGE, SECTION 3, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1151, PAGES 379 THROUGH 448, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 20, PAGES 39 THROUGH 41, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THEREOT, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
