NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 7, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 2016CA004557 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and BARBARA L METZGER; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A JUSTIN METZGER; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A BRITTANY METZGER, are Defendants.
ANGELINA COLONNESO, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 13th day of December, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK F, BAYSHORE GARDENS, SECTION 3, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 5 THROUGH 7, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
