NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 1, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-001520-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CAM XIV TRUST is Plaintiff and EMILY MCCHESNEY and LINDA S. SPAULDING, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, STACY BUTTERFIELD, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Polk County's On Line Public Auction website: www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on January 30, 2018, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
