NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated and entered in 11-2016-CA-002246-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO LASALLE BANK, N.A., ON BEHALF OF THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AQ2 is the Plaintiff and DUVITZA N. O'DONNELL; RIVER REACH SINGLE FAMILY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on November 30, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
