RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed October 27, 2017 and entered in Case No. 2015CA001670CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR MFRA TRUST 2015-1, is Plaintiff, and THOMAS BUYEA, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 04 day of December, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 382, CLAYTON VILLAGE PHASE 1, according to map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 17, Pages 91-94, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
