NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 29, 2017 in Civil Case No. 51-2016-CA-002502-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC CORP. is Plaintiff and FREDERICK C. CORNELL, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 7TH day of December, 2017 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 2748, Beacon Square Unit 21-C, First Addition, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 11 Pages 72 - 73, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
