NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 20, 2017, and entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-001299-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL L. CANADAY A/K/A MICHAEL CANADAY, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of December, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 110 OF THE UNRECORDED KENT SUBDIVISION BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THE NORTH 215.0 FEET OF THE SOUTH 3258.10 FEET,OF THE EAST 1/2 OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 25 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, LESS THE EAST 2135.0 FEET THEREOF. SUBJECT HOWEVER TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE EAST 25.0 FEET THEREOF, LYING AND BEING IN PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH MOBILE HOME VIN# 10L20237U and 10L20237X.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
