NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment dated November 1, 2017 and entered in Case No.: 2017 CC 003833 SC of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 65, Verona Reserve, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 47, Page(s) 39, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 6th day of December, 2017.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
