NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, Case No. 2017-CC-002878-SC, in the Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 15th day of December, 2017, the following described property:
Unit H2, The Villas at Osprey Harbor Village f/k/a The Villas at Bellagio Harbor Village, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Instrument Number 2006188236, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIENHOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
