YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action in the form of a Third Party Complaint for monetary damages has been brought against you in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida in Case No. 16-CA-1963.
YOU ARE REQUIRED to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on LITCHFIELD CAVO LLP, Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 5201 W.
