NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 3rd day of October, 2017, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-001311, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-8CB, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-8CB, is the Plaintiff and LAMONT KENNERLY; ROXNNE KENNERLY; DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; CARRILLON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 31st day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
