NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 25th day of March, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-012867, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NA, is the Plaintiff and MARI J. PICHARDO; RAMON PICHARDO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMNANTS; AND TENANT, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
