NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2017, entered in Case No. 2014-CA-002161 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P is the Plaintiff and Philip K Lohr; Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland; Unknown Parties In Possession #1; Unknown Parties In Possession #2; If living, and all Unknown Parties claiming by, through, under and against the above named Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said Unknown Parties may claim an interest as Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 13th day of December, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 6, CARROLLWOOD MEADOWS UNIT-1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
