NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21st day of August, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-010885, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and BOBBIE CARR A/K/A BOBBIE JO CARR A/K/A ROBERTA JO OVERTON F/K/A ROBERTA JO FRANKLIN; EUGENE C. CARR A/K/A EUGENE C. CARR A/K/A EUGENE CLAYTON CARR, JR.; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF CIRCUIT AND COUNTY COURTS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. PAT FRANK as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 19th day of December, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
