NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 27, 2017 and entered in Case No.: 17-5340-CI-13 of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and JONATHAN SUBRIAN, SILVER HILL FINANCIAL, LLC AND BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC are the Defendants. Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on December 13, 2017 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
The East 25 feet of Lot 5 and all of Lot 6, Block 1, SCHOOLEY'S HOMEVILLE SUB., according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 28, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
