NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 27, 2017 and entered in Case No.: 17-5340-CI-08 of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and CHARLES C. HOOTMAN, PAMELA J. HOOTMAN, THE CLERK OF THE COURT FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. are the Defendants. Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on November 28, 2017 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 4, WESTWOOD SUBDIVISION, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 35, Page 89, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
