NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered October 31, 2017, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Apartment C-6, TYRONE FIFTH AVENUE APARTMENTS B AND C, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, Pages 52 through 54 inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 2441, Page 512, et. seq., as amended in O.R. Book 5003, Page 1839, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 5th day of December, 2017.
