NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Cancelling and Rescheduling the foreclosure Sale dated the 19th day of September, 2017, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 15-007522-CI, KEN BURKE, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on November 28, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:

From the Southeast corner of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 26, Township 30 South, Range 15 East,run South 89 deg. 16'35'' West (assumed) along the South boundary of said Northwest 1/4 of Section 26, 1011.41 feet; thence North 00 deg. 10'15'' West along the East boundary of of Lot 29, PINELLAS GROVE, 196.74 feet to the Point of Beginning: thence South 89 deg. 11'10'' West 306.44 feet; thence North along a line parallel with East right-of-way line of County Road #111, 166.25 feet; thence North 89 deg. 05'36'' East. 305.95 feet to the East boundary of lot 29, thence South 00 deg. 10'15'' East along the East boudary of Lot 29, 166.74 feet to the Point of Beginning. Less and except that part lying within the boundaries of the tract conveyed to Pinellas County by deed recorded in O.R. Book 5671, page 1076, Public Records of Pinellas County Florida.
