NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 27, 2017, and entered in Case No. 52-2017-CA-000898 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Joseph R. Narvaez, deceased; Deborah Leslie Narvaez; Homeowners Association of Windward Pointe Condominium, Inc.; Laura Michelle Narvaez; Tri-County Aluminum Specialties, Inc.; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 28th day of November, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 179, BUILDING 18 AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF WINDWARD POINTE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 51, PAGES 106 THROUGH 136, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED JUNE 16, 1981 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5206, PAGES 1985 THROUGH 2108 AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9912, PAGE 108, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
