NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2017, and entered in Case No. 15-007254-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. As Trustee For The Mastr Asset Backed Securities Trust 2007-NCW Mortgage Pass-through Certificates Series 2007-NCW, is the Plaintiff and Kevin Smith, as an Heir of the Estate of Jimmie M. Smith III, Pinellas County, Florida Board of County Commissioners, Quinton Smith, as an Heir of the Estate of Jimmie M. Smith III, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Jimmie M. Smith III, deceased, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 30th day of November, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
