NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 27, 2017, and entered in Case No. 17-003914-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and The Avalon at Clearwater Condominium Association, Inc., Donna Durante, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 28th day of November, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 507, THE AVALON AT CLEARWATER, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14267, PAGE 2605, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
