NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 25, 2017, and entered in Case No. 48-2014-CA-010570-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Delaware trustee and U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Co-Trustee for Government Loan Securitization Trust 2011-FV1, is the Plaintiff and Asset Acceptance, LLC, Atasha S. Martin, Beneficial Florida, Inc., City of Orlando, Stacey Holley, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 7th day of December, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
