HURBANIS; RUTH R. HURBANIS; EDGEWATER VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). ROGER D. EATON as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on March 8, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 127, EDGEWATER VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 463, PAGE(S) 980, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
