NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 8, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16002269CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST CARLTON R. PIERCE; DANIAL A. PIERCE; COUNTRYWIDE BANK, A DIVISION OF TREASURY BANK, N.A.; CACV OF COLORADO, LLC; CHARLOTTE COUNTY; CAMERON PIERCE; AARON PIERCE; BRIAN PIERCE, are Defendants, Roger D. Eaton, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11 a.m. on the 13th day of December 2017, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
