NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 7, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 412016CA003557CAAXMA of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein NEW PENN FINANCIAL GNMA, II, Plaintiff and GREGORY BLANDING SR; LOURDES BLANDING; ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED; GREYHAWK LANDING PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC are defendants, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. on December 13, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
