NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. CASE NO.: 2016-CA-002936000000 in the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-7, Plaintiff and TOM MOUNT AKA THOMAS MOUNT AKA THOMAS J. MOUNT; CATHI MOUNT; LAKE DAVENPORT ESTATES WEST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are defendants, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at www.polk.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on January 31, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
