NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien, which is dated February 17, 2017 and was recorded February 20, 2017 in the Official Records of Collier County, Florida as Instrument Number 536916 of Collier County, Florida, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at VANDERBILT BEACH & HARBOUR CLUB Manager's Office, 9301 Gulf Shore Drive, Naples, FL 34108 on the 11th day of DECEMBER, 2017, at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property located in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
