NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Plaintiff's Summary Final Judgment dated the 1st day of November, 2017, and entered in Case No.: 51-2016-CA-003120-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which the Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on-line at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M., on the 4th day of December, 2017, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 28, Block 9, New River Lakes Villages “B2” and “D” according to the map or plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 44, pages 105-115, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
