NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 6th day of November, 2017, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-011739-CAAX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-OA10, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-OA10 is the Plaintiff and YVETTE SANTACRUZ AKA YVETTE C. SANTACRUZ; JOSE SANTACRUZ AKA JOSE A. SANTACRUZ; ALL STATE HOMES, INC.; PRIMUS AUTOMOBILE FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC. DBA JAGUAR CREDIT; COUNTRY WALK HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, ND DBA ELAN FINANCIAL SERVICES; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. PAULA S. O'NEIL as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 30th day of November, 2017, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
