NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-001350-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SunTrust Bank, Plaintiff and IAN J. STROUD are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 9:00 A.M. on December 11, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 10 OF CITYSCAPE AT COURTHOUSE CENTRE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2005085395, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 37, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
