NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated September 11, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016 CA 001832 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I Trust 2007-HE5, Asset Backed-Certificates, Series 2007-HE5, is the Plaintiff and Frances Lund; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, or Against the Herein Named Individual Defendants, Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Rhonda Patrice Pierre f/k/a Rhonda Patrice Harris f/k/a Rhonda P. Harris, as an Heir of The Estate of Joseph L. Lund, Deceased; Daisy Lund f/k/a Daisy Othella Peoples f/ka Daisy P. Peoples as an Heir of The Estate of Joseph L.
