NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of August 2017, entered in the above-captioned action, Case No. 15-CA-006114, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 A.M. at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on December 4, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
THAT PART OF THE EAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4, LYING SOUTH OF MEMORIAL HIGHWAY, SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS THE 172.50 FEET THEREOF AND LESS THE SOUTH 750.00 FEET THEREOF, SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR THE INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE WEST 15.00 FEET THEREOF, LESS THE RIGHT TO ALL COAL, OIL, NATURAL GAS, AND OTHER MINERALS AS RESERVED IN DEED BOOK 399, PAGE 164, LESS AND EXCEPT ANY AND ALL ADDITIONAL RIGHTS OF WAY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
