LUDWIG A/K/A JOAN LOUISE LUDWIG A/K/A JOAN LOPRESTI LUDWIG; LARRY M. LUDWIG A/K/A LARRY MICHAEL LUDWIG; REGIONS BANK; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; LAKE FOREST HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC are the Defendant(s).
