NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 19, 2017, and entered in Case No. 15-006584-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Ernest Randall Greer a/k/a Ernest R. Greer, as an Heir of the Estate of Willa M. Harness a/k/a Willa Mae Harness f/k/a Willa Mae Greer f/k/a Willa Mae McCann, deceased, Imperial Oaks Condominium Association, Inc., Jeffrey E. Greer, as an Heir of the Estate of Willa M. Harness a/k/a Willa Mae Harness f/k/a Willa Mae Greer f/k/a Willa Mae McCann, deceased, Jonda E. Clipner, as an Heir of the Estate of Willa M. Harness a/k/a Willa Mae Harness f/k/a Willa Mae Greer f/k/a Willa Mae McCann, deceased, Sonja Greer Hall, as an Heir of the Estate of Willa M. Harness a/k/a Willa Mae Harness f/k/a Willa Mae Greer f/k/a Willa Mae McCann, deceased, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 7th day of December, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT I-203, BUILDER I, IMPERIAL OAKS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 110; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4980, PAGE 1953, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
