Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on November 9, 2017, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 20, LESS THE WEST 20 FEET THEREOF AND ALL OF LOT 21, BLOCK 2, HOELDTKE HOMES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 70, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 4621 41ST AVENUE N, ST PETERSBURG, FL 33714; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on January 10, 2018 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
