Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on November 8, 2017, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
EAST 90 FEET OF LOT 15, BLOCK 32 AND EAST 90 FEET OF LOT 16, BLOCK 32, PINELLAS PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGES 91 AND 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS WAS FORMERLY A PART.
and commonly known as: 6030 71ST AVENUE NORTH, PINELLAS PARK, FL 33781; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on January 10, 2018 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
