NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 13, 2017 and an Order Rescheduling Forelcosure Sale dated November 6, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 12-6707-CI-07 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST, Plaintiff, and CHARLES A. MORTON, LATASHA A. MORTON, CHASE BANK USA N.A., VALENCIA PARK HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 8th day of January, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Consent Uniform Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 105, VALENCIA PARK, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
