NOTICE IS GIVEN that in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 8, 2008 in the above styled cause, Ken Burke, Clerk of the above-entitled Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 8th day of January, 2018, at 10:00 A.M., except as set forth herein, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property:
Lot 12, SANDY OAKS, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 93, Page 81-82, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
a/k/a 1424 Heaven Sent Lane, Clearwater, Florida 33755.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
