NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 14, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16001347CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company FKA Bankers Trust Company of California, National Association, as Trustee, for the holders of the Vendee Mortgage Trust 2001-2, is the Plaintiff and Edgar Jacobs AKA Edgar R. Jacobs, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Sherry Bass, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Brian Pruitt, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 31st day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
